Cultivation technology of Ganoderma

· Take a substrate of wet sawdust and
rice bran with 65% moisture.
· Fill 1 kg weight substrate to polypropylene
bag plug with non absorbent cotton.
· Sterilization of substrate at 121
degree Celsius 15 lb pressure for 60 to 90 minute in a autoclave.
· Cool the bags at room temperature
· Spawning in aseptically.
· Observe the spawn run.
